target policy on coupons changing and mgr. saying it did not! - coupon for people magazine
I was at my local target today using my coupons and one was a manufactured coupon but saying redeemable at walmart. I had just read online that the policy changed and as long as it is manufactured coupons, target now takes them. The manager did not check into it and just kept replying that we don't take those coupons. Now needless to say I am out $4.00 since the store manager doesn't even know or wanted to check into it!
