No Phone Customer Service


I have started receiving mail at my address with the correct last name not first name. I was one of 1000's that had used my credit card last year when Target had a hacker so I am concerned. The Target.com did not have anyone to contact so I tried the credit card section. She verified that I did not have a card under the wrong name and said she would transferred me to Guest Relations. NOT. It took me in a circle. I finally got to a real person who spoke very poor English who claimed she'd transfer me. 15 minutes - still on hold waiting to see if I am even being transferred to the correct department to see if anyone can tell me why I am getting mailings as I am. They could make it easier with English speaking residents in the US in our call centers and a clearly shown phone number on their website. Close to 20 minutes and finally have the Guest Relations and she can't help answer questions, she is at least checking into a few issues BUT she speaks English!!!!
