credit card charge

on Dec 28,2015 i purchased a Braun 3-390 electric shaver sale price was $96.29 with tax. This included a free $10.00 gift card.I received the shaver and the gift card. When i received my discover card statement i was charged for the shaver and also $10.00 for the gift card which was to be free. I called customer service but got no where as the person i talked with could not speak English and he didn't know what i was talking about. All i want is to have the $10.00 taken off my Discover card account.
