Wet Cloth Sweeper Refills

Have recently purchases the 28 count box of Target brand wet cloth sweeper refills. Have tried using them several times and the quality is not good. They are simply too thin to do the job. Sweeping over the floor with the mop, I noticed several dry spots where the cloth did not touch the floor. I use it with the Swiffer Sweeper. I have always purchased the Swiffer brand, but thought I would economize. I will have to dispose of the whole box, because they simply do not do the job.
