Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced!


Target customer service has to be the worst I have ever experienced. I was locked out of my online account where I make my monthly payments because I was miss informed the prior month about a large payment/credit that was made to my account. I log on to make account to make a purchase and I am locked out! I call and am told I was locked out because I "missed" I $32 payment! First, let me say I have never been locked out of my account for missing one payment, especially when I is only a few days past due. Maybe if the rep I spoke to last month gave me the proper information I wouldn't have missed it in the first place. So disappointed in the customer service and at how rude they were. Definitely changed my opinion and like for this place completely.
