Target Store 2000 Waters Road Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103

I have gone to this Target for years. I eat dinner there two - three times a week in the Pizza Hut Cafe. I normally call before driving to Target to make sure they have the meal I am looking for. It has always worked well and I have been pleased UNTIL TONIGHT. The phone system in the store was not working well when I called in. The phone system kept cutting me off. The phone operator was Caroline. Finally, I was so frustrated with having to keep calling in, I asked if Caroline could help me. I could tell she was getting short tempered with me. She finally walked over to the Food Cafe and I could hear her say to the lady behind the counter that we (as in Target) doesn't allow customers to call in before hand. What???? Really??? When I got to the store, I met with Caroline - challenging her on her comment to the lady in the Food Cafe. She became very argumentative and very rude to me - turning the situation around telling me I was the rude one. I asked to speak to the store manager and she said, "I'm it". She refused to give me the name of the general store manager and told me I could call the 800 number if I wanted to find out. It went from bad to worse. I work in a professional job and if anyone in my office were to treat a customer the way I was treated tonight, there would be big problems.

Target, I believe you can do better than this.
