Yesterday I ordered a package from Target.com , but I did not write down my reference number, thinking it would be e-mailed to me. It was not e-mailed to me, which I understand is my fault because I was not asked for an e-mail address. Instead I was asked for a phone number, which I provided. So I used the online chat service and also the Target customer service number. In both cases they were unable to determine if my package had been ordered. I then called my bank who confirmed that I was charged by Target yesterday for this transaction. I do not understand why target does not have a record that I ordered a package online.
