I purchased a fresh fruit tray from the St. John,IN Target store today and was not allowed to use the $1 coupon I had for a fresh fruit purchase. The cashier said it was for only oranges and apples. NOWHERE on the coupon did it specify which fresh fruits were included. I tried calling the store when I got home. The phone rang over 20 times with no answer and no voice mail so I could leave a message. What's up? I love Target and have NEVER had a bad experience there before. I am in that store 3-4 times a week. Will this issue keep me from coming back? Absolutely not. However, I would like an explanation as to why I was not allowed to use a coupon for fresh fruit on a purchase of a FRESH FRUIT tray.
