Target online order never received customer service not helpful at all - Westinghoust LCD TV


Ordered a 32 in Westinghouse TV for my 16 yr old daughter for Christmas during thanksgiving weekend got a great deal after using my red card 151.99 tv to be delivered between 4th and 9th waited expectantly for delivery kept checking package tracking stayed home all day on 9th waiting no delivery on 10 th checked tracking again remarks state that I as receiver refused delivery package and it was sent back absolutely ridiculous!!!! No package ever came said it came at 5:45 absolute bs...called target to find out what to do really really wanted TV asked if I could pick up at store at this point they said sure for 69.00 dollars more than I paid are they kidding said they couldn't honor that price really bad customer service in my opinion I don't know where ups tried to deliver but wasn't to my door!! 1st time user of target.com and last time keep in mind that my account had already been charged and tv paid for said they would have to refund my account which would take 7 to 14 days then I would have to rebut at much more expensive price!!!!! Ended call by telling them I would just go buy my tv at best buy after they said I should take it up with ups , ridiculous but it's all good I am a manager at a extremely busy restaraunt and have already warned at least 32 of our guests about using target.com and I speak with over 3000 consumers per week, I have never experienced such awful uncaring. Customer service ever makes me livid.
