Security Risks of Personal Info
I was in line at a local Target store to purchase something and a woman in front of me was getting some sort of card Target is now offering to save 5%. Well, I was annoyed because, one, I had to wait in line longer for this to happen and then I noticed that the cashier was entering the woman's driver license with her name and address for all to see right there at the checkout. She also took her check and scanned her check to link her bank account. I will not shop at Target any longer due to the fact they do not seem to take my personal information as an important thing to guard. They obviously have not learned from their other security issue. Not only do I think it is an inappropriate place to do this sort of thing, I don't want to wait 5 minutes in line while they do this. If I can read a person's info so can a thief. Target has not learned and I will not shop there any longer.
