Target.com - Black Friday Scam
Ordered potential Christmas Gifts on line during there black Friday sale. Was advised estimated delivery was Dec. 5-9. As of Dec. 15th no packages and no update on FedEx tracker. Called FedEx and was told that Target provides FedEx their packages instead of FedEx picking them up and the package never made it to FedEx, only a label was created and of course my debit card was deducted. Contacted Target, run around answer with three customer service reps. One rep even stated that the only way I could obtain my items was to be charged again, at full price, not Black Friday Sale price, and then cancel the order, but could not assure me the same thing wouldn't happen or that the items would even be here for Christmas.
Finally asked to speak to a manager who refunded money because the items were no longer available at that price and couldn't provide me a reason that the package did not go out 3 weeks prior. To go further he advised that my package was never put together or shipped from the Target center.
Beware of Target.com . No help and no answers.
