Expect less. Pay more


I normally love Target. I am frequent customer and always order online merchandise from them every Christmas with no problem. Unfortunately this year was different. I ordered merchandise from them, it was shipped to my house and a few of the items weren't in the box or were completely wrong even though the packing slip stated everything was in the box and was correct. When I called to complain and re-order the items that weren't in my box and were wrong the representative was very rude and told me the items were out of stock. There was nothing she could do. When I asked her to refund my money back on my card she stated "I don't have your card number" even though it was listed on my account information. It was like pulling teeth to get her to put it back on my card and confirm everything. *sigh* Target, I'm very disappointed in you and feel like I should go else where with my business. I expected more and paid more not less.
