Employee lashes out at customer for no reason/Manager did not take customer concern serious
As I was entering the store at 10 PM on September 5th on a Tuesday night, it seemed that many of the doors were closed and one door was left wide open. An employee (an African American male in his 20s with a goatee and bandana) pushing a row of shopping carts was collecting carts far behind me. As I entered the store he shouted, "How can anyone F-ing go in through that door? How stupid can you be?" He appeared threatening and apparently on the verge of physically being violent. I replied that, what kind of attitude was that? And that he did not know me and that I was a paying and regular customer. He stayed behind muttering curses as I went to look for a manger, an African American man in his 30s wearing a dirty shirt. The man was laughing as I told the story and seeing that I was visibly upset did not even attempt to act interested or serious. He said, sorry but never seriously or respectful. I left the store as I refused to give them my money and won't ever visit it again after that experience. I used to visit every week but I won't do so now.
