    Ordered a 32 in Westinghouse TV for my 16 yr old daughter for Christmas during thanksgiving weekend got a great deal after using my red card 151.99 tv to be delivered between 4th and 9th waited expectantly for delivery kept checking package tracking stayed home all day on 9th waiting no delivery on 10 th checked tracking again remarks state that I as receiver refused delivery package and it was sent back absolutely ridiculous!!!!     I normally love Target. I am frequent customer and always order online merchandise from them every Christmas with no problem. Unfortunately this year was different.   • Bad product, very unhappy



    I bought the 48 count advanced dishwashing tabs for $12, they are the up & up brand. I have never had problems with other brands..... But these were all stuck together!!!! when I would try to peel one apart they would break every time creating a mess every where, and needless to say what is left of them don't get the dishes clean.     Coke products were on sale. No Sprite Zero on the shelves. Tried to a get rain check and they refused to give us one. Customer Service rep was rude and nasty. Manager was of no help. She said we were just out of luck and that we needed to come back at a later date in case they decided to stock the product. They don't give rain checks for sale items.     First time to order at Target.com some bar stools and the quantity doubled. Got an email confirming the order. I call customer service and they stated they could put a request to cancel the order and I would receive an email about it.     I ordered something online at target and accidentally messed up one number on my address. I realized this almost immediately and tried to correct my mistake. There is no way to do this (really, no way to do this) so I then tried to cancel my order. The address I accidentally put in doesn't exist so I have no idea where it will be going.     I went to return two very inexpensive items that I did not like and Mary was working in customer service. Now I walk upto a sneering Mary looking me up and down. Wait aren't I a customer.   • Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced!



    Target customer service has to be the worst I have ever experienced. I was locked out of my online account where I make my monthly payments because I was miss informed the prior month about a large payment/credit that was made to my account.     I was in line at a local Target store to purchase something and a woman in front of me was getting some sort of card Target is now offering to save 5%. Well, I was annoyed because, one, I had to wait in line longer for this to happen and then I noticed that the cashier was entering the woman's driver license with her name and address for all to see right there at the checkout.     I ordered to two Threshold Wicker Patio Chaise Lounge chairs on March, 29th, 2014. When the order was processed it said estimated delivery would be between 4/7-4/9.     The hollow wall hangers are to small for the size of hole the directions tell the installer to use. The result the hollow wall hangers are useless and now I have two 1/4 inch holes in my wall.     We recently purchased at Target Market Pantry purified Drinking Water (24 bottles at 16.9 Oz) Target bar code label is 0-85239-60120-4. There was no problem with the water inside, but the "eco-friendly" bottles are NOT "customer friendly"! Both my wife and I had trouble removing the mini-sized caps.     I've had this toothbrush for less than a year. It worked fine the whole time and all of a sudden it stopped working.   • Room Essentials Merchandise at Target



    I don't usually do this but I am pretty frustrated right now. I bought the Room Essentials Coil Hose with Multi- Pattern Nozzle for just watering plants and trees in the yard on the side of our house that our main hose won't quite reach. I didn't need a lot so I didn't expect much, that's exactly what I got with this hose, not much. It is so flimsy that when it is stretched out it kinks up and stops water flow, at multiple spots.     Target cheated me and is profiting by their underhanded action. I purchased two sunscreens because I had a $5 off two coupon.     Today, May 12, 2013, I went to the Target #2145 in Denton, TX. This target has 26 check-out lanes, 8 of which are express. At 3:00 pm on Mother's Day, they only had 5 registers working, none of which were express. I waited over 25 minutes in line to purchase 3 items.     Purchased a gazebo for $300 on June 24, 2012. I assumed a gazebo could be left outside. However in October of 2012 it rained in the Bay Area of California.
