    My sister bought a queen, double-high air bed with pump (Embark) from Target for me to use while staying with her following her surgery. The bed did not hold air!!! When I tried to return it, they wanted to give me a replacement but I purchased a different one at a closer store since I needed something ASAP.   • No Phone Customer Service

    I have started receiving mail at my address with the correct last name not first name. I was one of 1000's that had used my credit card last year when Target had a hacker so I am concerned. The did not have anyone to contact so I tried the credit card section. She verified that I did not have a card under the wrong name and said she would transferred me to Guest Relations. NOT.   • Wet Cloth Sweeper Refills

    Have recently purchases the 28 count box of Target brand wet cloth sweeper refills. Have tried using them several times and the quality is not good. They are simply too thin to do the job. Sweeping over the floor with the mop, I noticed several dry spots where the cloth did not touch the floor. I use it with the Swiffer Sweeper. I have always purchased the Swiffer brand, but thought I would economize. I will have to dispose of the whole box, because they simply do not do the job. More...

  • Selling out of date products by offering Discount tactics

    Target--Huntersville NC-- Bought Ensure drink supplements and used the offer--buy 2 get 1 free. I put 2 of the 3 -6 paks in the fridge without thinking about the expiration date. When i drank the 1st the following morning, I was reading the label while i was drinking and discovered that the 1 I was drinking had expired on June 1st. I bought 3 -6 paks on June the 10th.     I am very angry and upset over the Lilly promotion. I got there early and waited for the store to open like everyone. However, when the doors opened people were hoarding racks of clothes and putting in their carts. I went to reach for an item and this lady took it away from me but not just one item all the clothes on both the racks. There must have been 20-40 items in every size Lilly had made.   • Spritz Craft Egg Kit Defect

    I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in this item that contained 12 craft Easter eggs that you should be able to dye. According to the instructions, the longer the egg is kept in solution, the brighter the color will be. The eggs would not change color from the original white even after leaving it in the solution for hours.     To Whom Ever It May Concern, I was in Target 1516 on Saturday March 7th, 2015 and I as a regular and frequent guest to that store was very shocked at the way it was was!!!!!!!!     Since you asked right on the back of the product package,here goes.It reads "We promise to make good products at good prices for good people! I have to respond by telling you this is the absolute worse shower curtain liner I have ever purchased. The holes at the top were not uniform.     on Dec 28,2015 i purchased a Braun 3-390 electric shaver sale price was $96.29 with tax. This included a free $10.00 gift card.I received the shaver and the gift card. When i received my discover card statement i was charged for the shaver and also $10.00 for the gift card which was to be free.     Yesterday I ordered a package from, but I did not write down my reference number, thinking it would be e-mailed to me.     I purchased a gift for my husband through I saw a problem when the shipment was stuck at ups for 4 days. I called and was told they couldn't even look into it until their end delivery date kicked in, 5 business days later.     Ordered potential Christmas Gifts on line during there black Friday sale. Was advised estimated delivery was Dec. 5-9. As of Dec. 15th no packages and no update on FedEx tracker.   • Bad product, very unhappy

    I bought the 48 count advanced dishwashing tabs for $12, they are the up & up brand. I have never had problems with other brands.....     Coke products were on sale. No Sprite Zero on the shelves. Tried to a get rain check and they refused to give us one. Customer Service rep was rude and nasty. Manager was of no help. She said we were just out of luck and that we needed to come back at a later date in case they decided to stock the product. They don't give rain checks for sale items.     First time to order at some bar stools and the quantity doubled. Got an email confirming the order.     I ordered something online at target and accidentally messed up one number on my address. I realized this almost immediately and tried to correct my mistake.     I went to return two very inexpensive items that I did not like and Mary was working in customer service. Now I walk upto a sneering Mary looking me up and down. Wait aren't I a customer.     The hollow wall hangers are to small for the size of hole the directions tell the installer to use. The result the hollow wall hangers are useless and now I have two 1/4 inch holes in my wall. I had several hollow wall hangers left over from old projects and one happened to fit in one of my drilled holes.     Our business recently invested in a 48 count box of Up&Up brand plastic forks.     We recently purchased at Target Market Pantry purified Drinking Water (24 bottles at 16.9 Oz) Target bar code label is 0-85239-60120-4. There was no problem with the water inside, but the "eco-friendly" bottles are NOT "customer friendly"! Both my wife and I had trouble removing the mini-sized caps.
