One month and counting for delivery of patio furniture

I ordered to two Threshold Wicker Patio Chaise Lounge chairs on March, 29th, 2014. When the order was processed it said estimated delivery would be between 4/7-4/9. Now I understand these are larger items and Target would be using a freight forwarding company to ship. After not receiving the patio furniture on either the 7th or the 9th I called Target.com directly. They told me the furniture was still in transit but they'd offer me a 10% discount, which I thought was fair. Another week past with no patio furniture and I called Target.com again. This time they said one piece was still at LAX and wouldn't be delivered in Phoenix until the following week. That was on April 21st. I called Target.com again yesterday and was put on hold for 15 minutes when somebody tried to locate a supervisor. Well obviously nobody could reach a supervisor because the phone call hung up after 15 minutes. So now I'm without any furniture on May 6th and still no resolution in site. Target has lost my business and I used to spend upwards of $500/month with them.
